Tam Coc – Bich Dong

Tam Coc means “three caves”, including Ca cave, Hai cave and Ba cave. All three caves are formed by the Ngo Dong River running through the mountains. Tam Coc is the first yacht to be operated in Tam Coc – Bich Dong. Hang Ca is 127 m long, through a large mountain, the cave is over 20 m wide. In the cave climate is cool and there are many stalactites hanging down with many shapes.

Bich Dong is located 2 km from Tam Coc, which means “green cave”. The cave is named in 1773 by Nguyen Nghiem, the father of the great poet Nguyen Du. The front of the cave is a branch of the Ngo Dong River on the side of the mountain, across the river is the rice paddies.
